Terms of Service

• A non-refundable booking fee (advance payment) is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance must be cleared by the day of the event or as per the specific agreement signed.
• Prices are subject to change, but secured bookings will remain at the agreed-upon rate.

We strive to capture your event to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for compromised coverage due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Restrictions imposed by venue owners or officials.
• Weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots.
• Uncooperative guests or subjects.

Turnaround time for photos and videos varies by package. "Instant Delivery" refers to a subset of unedited or lightly processed photos available during the event.

Hashtag Album retains the copyright to all images and footage created.

• You receive a license for personal use (printing, sharing on social media) only.
• You may not sell, license, or use the images for commercial gain without our written permission.
• We reserve the right to use the media for our own promotional purposes unless an NDA is in place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• The advance booking fee is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to our availability. If we cannot accommodate the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
